Ariana Grande is speaking out about the ticket reselling controversy that erupted after the North American dates for her Eternal Sunshine Tour went on sale earlier this week–and sold out almost instantly on Ticketmaster.

In a heartfelt message to fans, the pop star addressed the frustration surrounding secondary ticket resellers driving up prices.

“Hi my angels, I have been on set all week but I wanted to let you know that what's been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course I am incredibly bothered by it,” Grande wrote.

She revealed that she has been spending every free moment working on a solution, saying she’s been “on the phone every second” trying to make sure fans–not resellers–get access to her tickets. “I hear you,” she assured fans, adding that she hopes to get more tickets “into your hands instead of theirs.”

Calling the situation “not right,” Grande emphasized that both she and her team are doing everything possible to resolve the issue. “I just wanted you to know that my team and I see it and that I care very much,” she continued. “We will do, and are doing, everything we can.”

The singer closed her message with a note of gratitude, telling fans, “I love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Paramount denounces Israel film boycott, FWP pushes back

Source: Paramount

Paramount has spoken out against a recent pledge signed by hundreds of actors, directors, and film industry professionals vowing to boycott Israeli film institutions.

The pledge, organized by Film Workers for Palestine (FWP), targets Israeli cultural institutions in protest of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. While the letter is directed at organizations rather than individual artists, Paramount expressed concern that the campaign could lead to the exclusion of creators based on their nationality.

In a statement, the media giant emphasized its commitment to creative freedom and the role of storytelling in bridging divides. “At Paramount, we believe in the power of storytelling to connect and inspire people, promote mutual understanding, and preserve the moments, ideas, and events that shape the world we share,” the company wrote.

In response, FWP defended its position, clarifying that the pledge is not about targeting identities but about challenging what it calls “institutional complicity” in Israel’s treatment of Palestinians. The group stated that its campaign is rooted in “amplifying voices by speaking collectively, not silencing them.”

“By signing this pledge, you are honoring the call made by Palestinian civil society,” FWP said, arguing that Israel uses culture “to whitewash oppression.”

“For artistic dialogue to be meaningful, it must be grounded in the legal recognition that all humans are entitled to equal rights. Until that time, we speak loudest by speaking in solidarity with Palestinians.”

Taylor Swift‘s lawyer denies deposition in Baldoni-Lively case

Taylor Swift’s legal team is shutting down claims that the pop icon has agreed to give a deposition in the ongoing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni over the film It Ends With Us.

In a filing submitted on Friday, Sept. 12, Swift’s longtime attorney, Douglas Baldridge, disputed statements made by Baldoni’s lawyers, who told the court a day earlier that the singer had consented to sit for questioning.

According to their request, Swift allegedly agreed to appear but would not be available until after Oct. 20 due to “preexisting professional obligations,” – a timeline that appeared to coincide with the Oct. 3 release of her upcoming twelfth album, The Life of a Showgirl.

Baldridge, however, called the claim false. “My client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes,” he wrote.

Charli XCX and George Daniel celebrate second wedding in Sicily

Charli XCX and George Daniel have officially tied the knot–again!

The Brat singer, 33, and The 1975 drummer, 35, celebrated their love with a second wedding on Sunday, Sept. 14, this time in the romantic setting of Sicily, Italy.

The star-studded guest list included Daniel’s bandmate Matty Healy and his mother, actress Denise Welch. Healy’s fiancée, model and musician Gabbriette Bechtel, was also in attendance, along with influencer Devon Lee Carlson and other close friends.

This larger Sicilian celebration comes nearly two months after the couple’s first ceremony, which is a more intimate affair held on July 19 at Hackney Town Hall in London. That wedding was a small, private event attended by about 20 guests, including Charli’s parents and members of The 1975.
