Former U.S. President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer has metastasized to his bones and is causing significant pain, his son Hunter Biden said in a BBC interview.
“The cancer has spread, metastasized into his bones and further,” Hunter said in an interview with Newsnight. “It’s very painful and it’s very debilitating in many respects.”
Biden’s spokesperson declined to comment on the remarks Saturday. The former president, 83, disclosed his diagnosis in May 2025, describing it as an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer that had already spread to his bones. His office later said he was receiving radiation and hormone therapy.
Biden’s health was closely scrutinized throughout his presidency, particularly his physical condition and mental acuity. He left office in January 2025 after serving as president from 2021 to 2025, having previously served as Barack Obama’s vice president from 2009 to 2017.
Despite his health struggles, Biden has continued to make public appearances, including attending the June dedication of Obama’s presidential library in Chicago.
His presidential memoir is scheduled to be released November 17.

Emma D’Arcy has opened up to Pop Base about how Rhaenyra Targaryen’s pursuit of the Iron Throne in House of the Dragon is shaped by the death of her son, Jacaerys Velaryon. D’Arcy explained that Rhaenyra’s political ambitions become intertwined with her grief, saying, “Rhaenyra’s journey to the throne comes so in the shadow of her son’s death that, if anything, I feel that she’s sort of acting on his behalf.” The actor added that Rhaenyra’s desire for the throne could also give her son a lasting legacy, noting that “if Rhaenyra’s name enters the history books, her son sort of gains a kind of immortality.”

Taylor Swift takes down audio of Trump videos using her songs

Taylor Swift appears to have put a stop to the unauthorized use of her music in videos associated with Donald Trump and his political operation.
Several posts from the president’s official TikTok account and Republican campaign accounts that previously featured Swift’s songs have reportedly been stripped of their audio. One affected video showed Trump and Melania Trump watching fireworks while Swift’s “August,” from Folklore, played in the background.
“I’m sure @Taylor Swift is going to be super excited we used her song! #taylorswift #maga #august," they wrote in the caption.
The apparent removal comes amid a broader pattern of Trump’s team using recognizable pop hits in political content, including videos promoting administration policies and military actions. The strategy has frequently drawn objections from musicians whose views differ from those of the president.
Swift has not publicly addressed the muted videos, and her representatives have not commented on whether she or her team took action. Still, the development has generated enthusiastic reactions from her fans online.
The pop star has previously been vocal about her political opposition to Trump, endorsing Kamala Harris during the 2024 presidential election after criticizing Trump and his rhetoric in earlier years.

Tate McRae and Jack Hughes split after months of dating rumors
Tate McRae and New Jersey Devils star Jack Hughes have reportedly ended their relationship, with conflicting accounts emerging over who initiated the breakup.
Sources close to Hughes claim the NHL player called things off after becoming concerned about what they described as “red flags.” The same sources allege that Hughes has already begun seeing other people.
McRae’s camp, however, reportedly tells a different story, with sources close to the singer insisting that she was the one who ended the relationship.
The pair had never publicly confirmed their romance, but speculation surrounding them grew after they were repeatedly seen together in New York. McRae was spotted attending Devils games to support Hughes, while the two were also reportedly seen enjoying a flirtatious dinner at Anton’s in Manhattan’s West Village.
Their rumored relationship first attracted attention after multiple sightings late last year, with fans closely following their appearances together.
Now, despite the relationship remaining largely private, the reported split has put an end to months of speculation about the pop star and hockey player.
