Wedding bells have rung for Matty Healy and Gabbriette Bechtel, who officially tied the knot in a private ceremony held in the Hollywood Hills over the weekend.
The 1975 frontman and the model-musician exchanged vows on Saturday, July 18, at Castillo del Lago, a landmark estate overlooking Los Angeles that was previously owned by Madonna. Surrounded by the property's lush grounds and sweeping city views, the couple celebrated their marriage in an intimate outdoor gathering attended by their loved ones.
The newlyweds embraced classic wedding fashion for the occasion. Healy chose a tailored black tuxedo, while Bechtel walked down the aisle in a timeless white bridal gown accented with a long veil. She finished the look with a half-up, half-down hairstyle, complementing the ceremony's elegant setting.
After making their vows, the couple was seen sharing a kiss before taking portraits around the historic mansion, capturing the first moments of married life together.
The wedding marks a major milestone for Healy and Bechtel, whose relationship has remained in the public eye over the past year. By choosing one of Los Angeles' most recognizable historic homes as their venue, the pair celebrated the occasion in a setting that reflected both Hollywood glamour and old-world romance.
Ariana Grande teases new music video for ‘petal’
Fans attending Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine Tour in New York received an unexpected surprise when the singer debuted the first look at her upcoming “Petals” music video during her concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Saturday.
Rather than simply introducing the track, Grande treated the audience to a cinematic teaser steeped in classic Hollywood aesthetics. Presented entirely in black and white, the preview follows a glamorous aspiring actress navigating a dreamlike version of old Hollywood. Among its striking visuals are a vintage casting notice from “Fame Inc.”, a weathered Hollywood Walk of Fame star sprouting a lone flower, and glimpses of Grande silhouetted beneath towering studio lights. The teaser concludes with a nod to classic filmmaking, announcing that it was “Shot Entirely On… VistaVision.”
Shortly after its arena debut, Grande shared the clip on Instagram, crediting longtime collaborator Christian Breslauer, who directed the visual. She also tagged choreographer Will Loftis and producer-songwriter Ilya Salmanzadeh.
“Petals” is set to become the second single from Grande’s upcoming album of the same name, following the chart-topping “Hate That I Made You Love Me.” The album arrives on July 31 as Grande continues her 41-date Eternal Sunshine Tour, which has become her first concert trek in seven years and is projected to earn around $100 million.
Andrew and Tristan Tate arrested in Miami

Influencer brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami after British authorities formally requested their extradition in connection with rape and human trafficking allegations dating back more than a decade.
The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed the brothers were taken into custody on Saturday under a sealed warrant, marking the latest development in the high-profile legal battles surrounding the controversial internet personalities. The pair, who hold dual U.S. and British citizenship, are expected to make their first appearance in federal court in Miami early next week.
British prosecutors announced they are seeking the Tates' return to the United Kingdom to face charges alleging they sexually assaulted and trafficked women between 2010 and 2017. The accusations stem from incidents said to have occurred in the area north of London where the brothers spent much of their youth.
The arrests come after years of legal scrutiny in Romania, where the Tates were detained in 2022 over separate allegations involving the recruitment and exploitation of women. Although the brothers have consistently denied wrongdoing, the Romanian proceedings stalled because of procedural and legal issues, allowing them to leave the country last year.
Colman Domingo, Robert O’Hara eye new live-action Princess Tiana film for Disney

Princess Tiana could be heading back to the big screen in a brand-new live-action story, with Colman Domingo and acclaimed theater director Robert O'Hara in discussions to develop the project for Disney.
The Oscar-nominated actor and the Slave Play director are reportedly in talks to write an original film inspired by The Princess and the Frog. Rather than serving as a direct remake of the 2009 animated feature, the project is said to be a fresh story centered on the beloved Disney princess. Development remains in its earliest stages.
Tiana first appeared in Disney's New Orleans-set animated musical, voiced by Anika Noni Rose. The film followed an ambitious waitress determined to open her own restaurant whose life takes an unexpected turn after encountering a frog prince under a magical curse. The movie earned $267 million at the global box office and received three Academy Award nominations, including Best Animated Feature.
Although Disney previously shelved plans for a Princess and the Frog spin-off series, the character has remained a fan favorite. Her popularity led to the transformation of Splash Mountain into Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Disney parks in California and Florida.
If finalized, the new film would mark Disney's latest effort to expand one of its most celebrated modern princess stories for a new generation of audiences.
