Min Hee Jin Left HYBE & NewJeans Might Follow Soon

With less than a week remaining for HYBE to fulfill NewJeans’ demands, the group is already signaling its intention to leave the conglomerate. On November 16, during their KGMA acceptance speech, the group not only thanked Min Hee-jin for their success, but Minji also stated,

“In the future, NewJeans will come back with good music and a new look, so please look forward to it and support us.“

Following the speech, on November 20, Min Hee-jin officially announced her resignation from HYBE through a detailed post. The post reads:

“Hello, this is Min Hee-jin.

Today, I am resigning from my position as an internal director at ADOR.

Additionally, I am terminating the shareholder agreement with HYBE and intend to hold HYBE legally accountable for breaches of this agreement.

Furthermore, I will be taking necessary legal action, step by step, against the numerous illegal activities committed by HYBE and its affiliates.“ (full statement)

While no one knows what will happen after the 14-day deadline ends, one thing is for sure: NewJeans never die!

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon’s “Letter to Myself“ was a raw, introspective album brimming with powerful vocals and heartfelt self-reflection.

MEOVV’s “TOXIC“ provided a refreshing opportunity for the members to showcase their mature, nuanced vocals in a sophisticated, emotionally resonant song.

Our expectations were uncertain because “NALLINA“ is NEXZ’s first Korean EP, but it did not disappoint. The release delivers NCT-esque sounds, ethereal vocals, and equally powerful choreography, solidifying the rookie boy group’s potential.

Wonho’s “What Would You Do“was a heart-wrenching English track, featuring melancholic yet powerful vocals that make every word resonate deeply, especially if you have been treated wrongfully by your ex.
