Rosalía Returns with Orchestral Lead Single “Berghain” Ahead of Lux

After teasing her first new music in two years with cryptic sheet music and a black-clad orchestra following her down the street, Rosalía has unveiled “Berghain,” the lead single from her forthcoming album Lux. Featuring Björk and Yves Tumor, the track comes with a striking music video directed by Nicolas Méndez, in which the orchestra trails Rosalía through her day, blending cinematic visuals with her signature experimental sound.

Lux, out November 7 via Columbia, is Rosalía’s fourth studio album and was recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra under Daníel Bjarnason’s conduction, with Rosalía serving as executive producer. The album is structured into four movements and features contributions from an eclectic lineup, including Carminho, Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Yahritza, and the boys' choir Escolania de Montserrat i Cor Cambra Palau de la Música Catalana, promising a genre-defying orchestral journey.

Raye Recovers Stolen Songbooks, Resumes Work on New Album

Raye has recovered the songbooks stolen from her car last year, putting her long-awaited follow-up to My 21st Century Blues back on track. The theft had forced her to delay the album, with Raye revealing at the time that her birthday was marred by the robbery. Speaking to Capital Radio, she explained: “So it was a rollercoaster journey, but what I didn’t tell everyone is that the police called me, maybe like two, three months ago, and they were like, ‘we found your car.’ And I got it back, and not only did I get it back, not one thing had been taken out of the car and all my songwriting books were there untouched.”

The rediscovered notebooks are expected to feature heavily on her as-yet-untitled follow-up album, announced last month alongside a 2026 tour. Though Raye says the record is “not even remotely done,” she is committed to perfecting it: “With music I want it to be incredible, and I want it to be the best thing it can be.” After a dramatic pause, fans can now look forward to a release shaped by resilience, creativity, and her signature blend of candid, emotive songwriting.
