Former NewJeans Member Danielle Shares Unreleased Song Demo Amid Legal Dispute

Instagram Post

Danielle June Marsh, a former member of NewJeans, has shared a new song demo, signaling a potential return to music as she faces a confirmed legal ruling.

On Aug. 11, Danielle uploaded a track titled “DEMO #3” to her Instagram account (@dazzibelle). While she is not currently confirmed to be represented by a label, the post appears to tease an upcoming release. No official date has been announced.

The update comes as Danielle is involved in a lawsuit filed by ADOR over an alleged breach of contract tied to the group’s stalled activities. According to the ruling, Danielle, her family and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin are required to pay damages estimated between $28.6 million and $30 million.

The ruling does not explicitly prohibit Danielle from pursuing solo activities.

The demo has drawn attention online, with fans viewing it as an early indication of her next artistic direction.

BLACKPINK’s Lisa Joins Anyma on Coachella 2026 Main Stage

Lisa of BLACKPINK made a surprise appearance at Coachella 2026, joining Italian-American DJ and producer Anyma during his Main Stage set.

The performance took place April 18, where Lisa appeared for a live rendition of their collaboration “Bad Angel.” Taking over the Main Stage, she delivered a striking performance alongside Anyma’s signature futuristic visuals, marking one of the night’s standout moments.

The appearance follows the track’s recent release ahead of the festival and comes after Anyma’s previously canceled set during the first weekend due to weather-related issues.

Lisa is no stranger to Coachella, having previously performed at the festival as a member of BLACKPINK. The group made its debut at the festival in 2019 and later returned as a headlining act in 2023.

Zayn Hints at Possible TWICE Collaboration in New Interview

Zayn has sparked speculation about a potential K-pop collaboration following a recent interview with ELLE India.

In the cover feature published Monday, titled “ELLE Cover Star: Zayn Malik, We Never Moved On,” the singer discussed his newly released album Konnakol, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and the creative process behind it. During the interview, Zayn was also asked about TWICE, a group his daughter Khai is known to enjoy.

When questioned about the possibility of a duet with one of her favorite acts, Zayn remained cryptic. “Yeah, never say never. Might have something on the cards, might not. Can’t tell you too much!” he said.

The comments have drawn attention from fans, particularly given Zayn’s previous remarks about his daughter’s interest in BLACKPINK, which preceded his 2025 collaboration “Eyes Closed” with a member of the group.

While no official project has been confirmed, Zayn’s remarks have fueled speculation about a potential TWICE collaboration.

Favorite New Music This Week

TXT’s "7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns" is a confident, emotionally layered release that highlights the group’s growth entering a new chapter. Built around themes of reflection, uncertainty and renewal, the album balances experimentation with a strong sense of identity.

The electro-pop title track “Stick With You” pairs upbeat production with introspective lyricism, while B-sides such as “Bed of Thorns” and “21st Century Romance” showcase the group’s range, from synth-driven anthems to cinematic pop moments. Tracks like “Take Me to Nirvana” and “So What” add texture through genre shifts, keeping the project dynamic.

Cohesive yet varied, the album benefits from a more personal, unrestricted creative direction. Ultimately, it stands as a compelling reminder of TXT’s ability to evolve while staying true to their core sound.
